The Kyiv Municipal Academy of Circus and Performing Arts (KMACPA), in collaboration with the London Contemporary Dance School (LCDS) and the Foundation for the Development of Ukrainian Art (DUA), has launched a unique international online project for choreography students.
As part of the project, a series of online workshops were held, becoming a true platform for experience exchange and cultural enrichment. Representatives from London introduced participants to Cunningham technique, Gaga, and release technique. In turn, Ukrainian educators led workshops on contemporary Ukrainian dance and delivered an engaging lecture on incorporating circus elements into choreography.
This project became a vivid example of inspiring collaboration, where each side learned from the other, discovering new facets of professional mastery and creativity.
